• Current NYS RN license; professional certification preferred (CCM/ACM-RN/CMGT-BC).
• BLS (American Heart Association) certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversees department operations and uses data-driven problem solving to improve processes and outcomes.
• Develops, maintains and reconciles departmental budget with financial oversight.
• Plans and maintains departmental SOPs and recommends changes.
• Maintains professional knowledge through workshops, publications, networking and benchmarking.
• Provides leadership and ongoing training for junior staff.
