Qualifications

• Licensed RN with current NY registration.
• 5+ years acute nursing experience.
• 3+ years managing direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and mentor clinical leaders; oversee local nurses and MSaH performance.
• Develop and present clinical strategies; partner with leadership to build clinical models.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
