Job summary

A First Name Basis Home Care is seeking a high-impact Recruiting Leader to drive our fast-growing home-care staffing machine out of Plano. You’ll recruit for 50+ locations, manage a team of 12 recruiters, and shape recruitment funnels, cadences, and onboarding to hire caregivers quickly and at scale.

This role is hands-on and metrics-driven, with travel to branches and Cebu. You’ll coach others, own tooling and automation initiatives, and ensure we hire top talent who stay long-term.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of recruiting experience, high-volume staffing environment preferred.
• Experience leading a distributed or remote recruiting team is a plus.
• Strong ability to coach, develop and scale recruiting processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of recruiters (approx. 12) to meet placement targets.
• Own recruitment funnels, cadences, and onboarding experience.
• Drive tooling, automation, and sourcing strategies to improve efficiency.
