Job summary

Success Education Colleges (SEC) seeks a Director of Career Services to lead the campus Career Services Department, advising students and graduates on job search strategies, coordinating externships, and driving placements with local employers.

You will build relationships with extern sites and employers, provide career coaching, track placements, and ensure high-quality student outcomes across SEC’s college network. A high school diploma is required, with preference for some college experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to gather data, analyze results, and present findings.
• Strong communication with students, staff, and employers.
• Experience in job development, staffing or recruitment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one employment assistance to students and graduates.
• Develop employer relationships and generate job leads.
• Meet placement goals and track employment verification.
• Assist with resume writing, interview techniques, and job search coaching.
• Maintain accurate records of students, graduates and placements.
• Coordinate with externship sites and faculty to support student success.
