Job summary

Carrington College in Phoenix seeks a Director of Career Services to lead placement, externship, and career services seminars, guiding graduates toward successful employment. The role requires autonomy, responsibility, and the ability to analyze data from our activity-based management system.

You will collaborate with faculty, employers, and advisory boards, audit processes, ensure compliance, and develop engagement plans across the program.

Qualifications

• Maintains placement goals and monitors activity to ensure targets are met.
• Meets employer development goals for job orders and interviews.
• Audits job orders and activities to ensure urgency and quality.
• Reviews graduates and provides follow-up plan and support.
• Conducts audits of all placements and exclusions for compliance.
• Attends business functions and professional meetings for networking.
• Meets with faculty to discuss employer needs and openings.
• Participates in Advisory Board meetings for Career Services.
• Performs documentation audits to ensure accuracy and provide feedback.

Responsibilities

• Attends business functions, trade shows and professional organizations’ meetings for networking and employer development.
• Meets with faculty to discuss employer needs and available openings.
• Participates in Advisory Board meetings to represent Career Services.
• Performs documentation audits in internal documentation system; to ensure accuracy and provide feedback and support as needed.
