Competenze
- Master’s degree in a related field.
- Three years progressive experience in career services.
- Two years leadership experience or commensurate managerial experience with two years of managerial experience.

- Lead the vision for a comprehensive integrated career and workforce readiness program.
- Expand community relationships and partnerships to foster employment for students, alumni, and others.
- Oversee daily operations of career services including advising, job placements, and career programming.
- Develop experiential learning programs and career readiness pathways across disciplines.
- Lead assessment, data management, reporting, and continuous improvement of career services.
- Manage budget and seek external funds to support career development.
