Valparaiso University seeks a Director of Career Services to lead strategic career development and readiness across the university. This role integrates internships, experiential learning, and employer connections into the student experience.

The Director will supervise the Career Services team, manage resources, leverage data to show impact, and expand AI-enabled career tools while collaborating with faculty, alumni, and external partners.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of six to seven years of progressively responsible professional experience in career services, higher education, or related areas.
• Experience leading and supervising staff, including budgeting and operations.
• Proven ability to build partnerships with academic units, employers, alumni, and community partners.
• Experience with career management platforms, labor-market tools, and data analysis.
