Job summary

Columbia University invites applications for an Associate Director, Career Education and Advising to design and deliver career education programs for Columbia Business School's graduate students and alumni. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 3–5 years of related experience preferred.
• MBA or master's in counseling or higher education preferred; program development experience valued.
• Strong program and project management skills with demonstrated relationship development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong presentation abilities; ability to work some evenings or weekends seasonally.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver career education programs, including workshops, speaker series, panels, and networking events.
• Lead planning and execution of large-scale industry events with School and employer partners.
• Provide one-on-one and small-group career advising and executive coaching.
• Track outcomes and analyze employment trends for stakeholders.
