Job summary

You will lead a team of department heads, oversee daily operations, manage the budget and occupancy, and work with marketing to drive admissions and retention, all while upholding regulatory standards such as DHS 83 and DHS 89.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in senior living, healthcare, or a related field.
• Licensed or certified as an assisted living administrator preferred.
• Strong knowledge of assisted living regulations (DHS 83, DHS 89) would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction for the facility.
