Position Title: Director of Capital Markets and Investor Relations

Reports To: Founder & Chairman, CEO and Upper Management

Location: New York, NY

Salary Range: Starting $150,000/year and eligible for stock based compensation

Introduction:

NANO Nuclear Energy is an advanced technology-driven nuclear energy company seeking to become a commercially focused, diversified, and vertically integrated company across five business lines: (i) cutting edge portable microreactor technology, (ii) nuclear fuel fabrication, (iii) nuclear fuel transportation, (iv) nuclear applications for space and (v) nuclear industry consulting services. We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Capital Markets and Investor Relations to lead and execute our earnings calls, investor relations strategy, fostering strong relationships with new and existing institutional investors, research analysts and ensuring transparent, strategic communication regarding our company’s research and development milestones, M&A and growth initiatives. NANO Nuclear Energy became Wall Street's Cinderella story of 2024 as the #1 Top IPO Performer in the U.S.

Key Responsibilities: Strategic Communication:

●Plan and development an extensive earnings calls strategy for each Q and K

●Develop and implement a comprehensive investor relations strategy aligned with corporate objectives.

●Effectively communicate the company's financial performance, business model, and strategic vision to investors, analysts, and key stakeholders.

●Serve as spokesperson for the company with investors, analysts, and financial media.

●Craft compelling investor messaging that enhances Nano Nuclear Energy’s reputation and supports valuation objectives.

Investor Engagement:

●Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and financial stakeholders.

●Organize and manage investor meetings, earnings calls, roadshows, and investor conferences.

●Develop engagement strategies to attract new investors and retain current stakeholders.

Market Analysis and Feedback:

●Monitor and analyze stock performance, market trends, investor sentiment, and analyst reports.

●Provide senior management with insights on market conditions, investor perceptions, and competitive positioning.

●Benchmark Nano Nuclear Energy’s investor relations practices against industry best practices.

Crisis and Issues Management:

●Develop and implement communication strategies to effectively manage investor relations during crisis situations.

●Coordinate with legal and compliance teams to ensure accurate and regulatory-compliant messaging during sensitive events.

Internal Collaboration:

●Partner with the executive team to align investor relations strategies with corporate objectives.

●Collaborate with finance, legal, and corporate communications teams to ensure consistent messaging and disclosure practices.

●Provide training and preparation support to senior management for investor meetings and presentations.

Key Skills and Competencies: Technical and Professional Skills:

●Deep understanding of financial statements, corporate finance, and capital markets.

●Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.

●Proficiency in investor relations software, CRM tools, and financial databases.

Leadership and Management Skills:

●Proven ability to lead investor relations functions in a high-growth company.

●Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

●Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of translating complex financial data into clear messaging.

●Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

●Ability to work collaboratively across departments and influence senior leadership.

Qualifications:

●Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. A master’s degree (MBA) is preferred.

●Professional certifications preferred IRC (Investor Relations Charter)

●Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, communications, or investor relations, with at least 5 years of corporate experience.

●Experience or some knowledge within the advanced nuclear energy is preferred, energy infrastructure, or new nuclear technologies is strongly preferred.

●Must work from office located in Times Square, New York City.
