Qualifications

• Strong leadership, budget and vendor-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior leadership across Building Maintenance, Grounds, Custodial, and Transportation.
• Oversee capital projects, risk management, and safety compliance for campus sites.
• Develop long-term capital plans and annual operating budgets.
• Manage CMMS workflows, maintenance scheduling, and vendor contracts.
• Coordinate emergency response and incident management for campus events.
