Location: United States (Remote, with travel as needed)

Reports To: SVP – Sales & Business Development
Target Start Date: Mid-May 2025
We are hiring a Sales Hunter – HLS to drive new logo acquisition across the Healthcare and Life Sciences vertical.
This confidential role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving complex challenges in a mission-driven industry through tech innovation.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Penetrate new Healthcare and Life Sciences accounts across payers, providers, med-tech, or pharma.
  • Lead client engagement across digital transformation, software engineering, cloud migration, or AI solutions.
  • Map client organizations, identify key stakeholders, and build compelling value propositions.
  • Own sales forecasting, pipeline management, and closure of high-value, multi-year deals.
Required Experience:
  • 8–12 years in selling digital and IT services within the HLS vertical.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory landscapes, compliance, and digital disruption in HLS.
  • Demonstrated success in winning new logos in a consultative, value-led sales model.
  • Relationships with senior executives in HLS orgs and familiarity with industry buying cycles.

The ideal candidate will have: 8-12 years of experience

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $ 185,000- $190,000
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
