Calqulate in Kansas City seeks a strategic Business Development professional to drive client growth and lead pursuit efforts. You will partner with principals and marketing, build relationships with owners, developers, and public agencies, and represent the firm at industry events.

This role requires leading RFQ/RFP responses, coordinating with studio leaders, and tracking pipeline to forecast BD performance against growth goals.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, developers, public agencies, and industry partners
• Lead and support pursuits, RFQs/RFPs, interviews, and presentations
• Collaborate with principals, studio leaders, and marketing to position the firm competitively
• Represent the firm at industry events and within the Kansas City AEC community
• Track pipeline activity and report on BD performance and forecasting
