Responsibilities

• Drive business development strategy aligned with the firm’s growth goals.
• Identify, pursue, and secure new clients and project opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, developers, public agencies, and industry partners.
• Lead and support pursuits, RFQs/RFPs, interviews, and presentations.
• Collaborate with principals, studio leaders, and marketing to position the firm competitively.
• Represent the firm at industry events and within the Kansas City AEC community.
• Track pipeline activity and report on BD performance and forecasting.
