Job description

Requirements:

  1. Must have a stable career history — no more than 3 jobs in the past 10 years.
  2. This is a hybrid role but must be in the office at least 3 days per week.
  3. Must reside in the greater Philadelphia area; the office is in Bala Cynwyd.

Responsibilities:

  • The Business Development Director is responsible for identifying potential accounts, developing an account entry strategy, conducting prospecting campaigns, building relationships, understanding the customer’s critical business strategies, and working with a team of subject matter experts to create and execute solutions that meet the customer’s business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 10 years of direct B2B sales experience calling on Fortune 1000 companies.
  • Proven success in new business development selling professional services.
  • Experience with various sales cycles (three, six, and twelve months).
  • Career stability with a maximum of three jobs in the last ten years.
  • Compensation primarily through highly leveraged commissions and bonuses.
  • Track record of increasing revenue through lead generation.

Compensation is performance-based, with no cap, including a base salary of $135K plus commissions and bonuses tied to fiscal year revenue and profitability.
