We are seeking a Marketing Director, Business Development to support our Mid Atlantic Complex team. This pivotal role focuses on driving growth and expanding business development within the territory. The position is remote, covering PA, DC, and VA.

Key Job Responsibilities
  • Manage recruiting pipeline within the territory.
  • Develop strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Track pipeline activities effectively.
  • Communicate the Equitable Advisor Value Proposition to recruits and partners.
  • Evaluate advisor practices for portability and compliance.
  • Create a high-quality, multi-sourced lead flow of qualified candidates.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with HQ and field leaders.
  • Stay informed on market trends and the competitive landscape.

The base salary is $150,000, with eligibility for variable compensation. Equitable offers comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off. Refer to the benefits link for details.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years in financial services or wealth management.
  • Deep understanding of advisor practice management.
  • Expertise in financial products and client solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
  • FINRA SIE, Series 7, and Series 65 registrations.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
