Requirements

Responsibilities
  • The Business Development Director is responsible for identifying potential accounts, developing account entry strategies, conducting prospecting campaigns, building relationships, understanding the customer’s critical business strategies, and collaborating with subject matter experts to create and execute solutions that meet the customer’s business objectives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

  • Proven success in new business development selling professional services.
  • Experience with a broad range of sales cycles (from three to twelve months).

  • Compensation primarily through highly leveraged commissions and bonuses.
  • Track record of increasing revenue through lead generation.

Compensation is performance-based, with a base salary of $135K plus commissions and bonuses tied to fiscal year revenue and profitability.
