Requirements

Responsibilities

  • The Business Development Director is responsible for identifying potential accounts, developing account entry strategies, conducting prospecting campaigns, building relationships, understanding the customer’s critical business strategies, and working with a team of subject matter experts to create and execute solutions that meet the customer’s business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

  • Proven success in new business development selling professional services.
  • Experience with a broad range of sales cycles (from three to twelve months).

  • Compensation primarily through highly leveraged commissions and bonuses.
  • Track record of increasing revenue through lead generation.

Compensation includes a base salary of $135K plus commissions and bonuses tied to fiscal year revenue and profitability. Compensation is performance-based and uncapped.
