Base pay range

$150,000.00/yr - $180,000.00/yr

I am partnered with a global leader in cosmetics contract manufacturing in the search for a Director of Business Development. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of sales experience in the cosmetics / personal care contract manufacturing or private label industry.

This position is 100% remote and the person must reside in the New York area.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing global key accounts.
• Proactively identify new clients to drive business growth.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams e.g., project management, operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• Demonstrated track record of increasing revenue through fostering client relationships.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Must be willing to travel domestically (mostly in the NY area).
