At Madison Davis, we understand that long-term growth is essential for success, and we're seeking a Director of Business Development to focus on our Professional Services division. This role presents an exciting opportunity for an experienced business development professional to drive measurable results in the contract and temporary sector focusing on clerical and administrative roles. (While this is a remote position, we are seeking candidates on the East Coast only)

Responsibilities

  • Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to delivery
  • Secure new business with SMB and mid-market clients
  • Conduct in-depth industry research within the contract/temporary clerical/administrative sectors to develop effective sales solutions.
  • Promote Madison Davis' services to clients, focused on new business development
  • Engage in business meetings with key stakeholders to provide updates on sales progress and discuss opportunities for growth in the staffing sector.
  • Provide regular feedback and guidance to internal teams to ensure effective contract/temporary placements and service delivery.
  • Review contracts for temporary accounting assignments, ensuring compliance with both legal and corporate standards.
  • Actively engage with clients to address inquiries and manage ongoing contract/temporary assignments effectively.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven success in driving sales growth within the staffing or professional services industry, particularly in contract/temporary roles
  • Experience in client service, marketing, or sales related to staffing and temporary placements.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, especially in tracking client accounts and managing placements.
