Base pay range

$77,000.00/yr - $105,100.00/yr

Location & Travel

Location: Must be located in a Midwestern or Western state to support travel in this region.

Travel: 2-3 times per month for 2-3 days at a time to attend meetings and events.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute plans to meet quarterly goals for retention and new business growth.
  • Research and maintain account demographics for affiliates, acquiring growth organizations, and hospice organizations.
  • Manage incoming leads and collaborate with Clinical Sales Specialist for lead development and transition to implementation.
  • Respond to RFP requests for new business or existing clients in assigned territories.
  • Increase revenue through account development activities including prospecting, outreach, and engagement at industry events.
  • Coordinate re-contracting and new sales opportunities with account management.
  • Maintain prospect account data in Salesforce and document all sales stages.
  • Achieve and surpass census targets.
  • Model and educate team members on best practices in prospecting and sales activities.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities and goal attainment.
  • Attend relevant state, regional, and national meetings and events.
Qualifications
  • Ability to educate hospice staff on Enclara Pharmacia offerings.
  • High energy, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to mentor team members.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with travel up to 3 days/week.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field is required.
  • Experience in sales or healthcare with a proven track record.
  • CRM platform knowledge required.

While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices may be required.

Additional Details

Scheduled weekly hours: 40.

Pay range: $77,000 - $105,100 annually, with potential for commission incentives.
