Job summary

ENFRA is seeking a Commissioning Project Manager II to lead a commissioning team across multiple projects. You will balance workloads, track deliverables, manage budgets, and align with the Cx Director to ensure timely, accurate completion.

You will serve as the communication hub among owners, representatives, contractors, engineers, architects, and ENFRA teams. This role emphasizes process discipline, pricing accuracy, and project health maintenance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• 5+ years commissioning or related experience in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, or building ops.
• Ability to interact professionally with owners, representatives, contractors and design teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to tackle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with the construction industry and competitors.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall project execution, verify deliverables, and ensure scope adherence.
• Engage with commissioning team and stakeholders to meet client requirements and align on Cx scope.
• Oversee project KPIs and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain and update project budgets throughout the project life cycle.
• Create and manage the scope tracker, resource calendar, and project forecast.
• Provide frequent tracking and reporting of project status to clients and stakeholders.
• Verify clarity of proposals and scope for Cx and BD departments.
• Drive corrective actions when gaps are identified.
• Develop Cx Scopes of Work and accurate task pricing with BD; participate in interviews for new projects.
