Job summary

Cape Cod Healthcare in Hyannis, MA seeks an executive to direct the work of the Business Intelligence and Strategy teams, building analytic solutions to support strategic planning, development and hospital and physician operations.

You will partner with senior leaders across Finance, Operations and IT to deliver reliable data, robust performance reporting and actionable insights that drive clinical and financial outcomes for the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in healthcare or business administration; Masters preferred.
• 7–10 years in healthcare planning or business development with 5+ years healthcare management experience.
• Knowledge of strategic planning concepts; hospital operations, market assessment and research techniques.

Responsibilities

• Directs analytic and reimbursement expertise to financial and operational reporting and strategic initiatives.
• Leads BI and Strategy teams to support planning and program development.
• Collaborates with hospital leaders to provide analytic insights for clinical programs and PI initiatives.
• Oversees reporting to Board and Senior Management; ensures data reliability and accuracy.
