Lush North America, a values-led cosmetics company, seeks a Benefits and Wellness Manager to enhance US and Canada benefits programs, ensuring value, clarity, and accessibility for staff.

The role involves vendor management, annual benefits planning, and close collaboration with Payroll, Finance, and HR partners to optimize health, retirement, and wellness offerings across the region.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in benefits or HR (Benefits Specialist, HR Generalist or Business Partner).
• 2+ years of people leadership experience.
• Strong, hands-on experience managing U.S. employee benefits.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee benefits plans administration, research strategies to control costs, and lead changes to plan design or carriers.
• Collaborate with People & Culture, Payroll and Finance to manage US/Canada Health, Dental, Vision, RRSP/401k and other programs.
• Spearhead annual benefits and wellness planning, review costs, and ensure budget efficiency and value.
• Develop the Benefits team with guidance and support to ensure effectiveness in their roles.
• Lead retirement plan reviews, monitor trends and cost-benefit opportunities.
