Job Summary

As the Director of Premium, you will be responsible for managing the Premium department to achieve the best possible guest experience, partner satisfaction, and financial results. The ideal candidate will be an experienced operations leader who is focused on people and quality standards, preferably from a high-end or fine dining background.

Responsibilities
  1. Oversee all aspects of premium operations.
  2. Recruit, train, and develop team members according to our standards and procedures.
  3. Collaborate with location leadership to improve guest satisfaction and financial performance.
  4. Drive engagement within the premium department.
  5. Plan and prepare for seasonal and special events to ensure maximum readiness.
  6. Build and maintain relationships with regular guests and suite holders.
  7. Partner with culinary teams to develop menus for all premium spaces.
  8. Ensure consistent use of the Suites Management System for the department.
  9. Support promotional activities with printed collateral and communication materials.
  10. Coordinate with location partners on sponsored space operations.
  11. Manage loss prevention activities, including cash handling and inventory control.
  12. Maintain compliance with Levy's Core Signature standards.
  13. Organize annual suite tastings with culinary teams.
  14. Attend BEO meetings for event planning.
  15. Work with other departments to ensure requisition accuracy.
  16. Review consumption and update par levels with culinary and purchasing teams.
  17. Ensure compliance with Payment Card Information security rules.
  18. Conduct coaching and performance reviews.
  19. Complete monthly financial reports and develop action plans.
  20. Maintain premium areas and equipment.
  21. Ensure responsible alcohol service and signage compliance.
  22. Document and address alcohol incidents.
  23. Manage team scheduling and breaks.
  24. Oversee recruitment and onboarding of team members.
  25. Lead pre-shift meetings to set service standards.
  26. Support leadership development initiatives.
  27. Ensure service standards during events.
  28. Manage inventory and guest complaint resolution.
  29. Handle team member incidents and safety training.
  30. Perform other duties as assigned and support additional locations as needed.
Skills and Experience
  • 5+ years in food and beverage operations.
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management preferred.
  • High computer literacy.
  • Passion for hospitality, food, and retail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
