Description

We are seeking an energetic and well-organized Banquet Manager to provide our customers with a first-class banquet experience. As a banquet manager, you will liaise with the Catering Manager and Head Chef to meet customer expectations. Your duties will include controlling costs and ensuring quality services, preparing the venue, and coordinating meal service.

To be successful as a banquet manager, you should have extensive experience in managing banquets and delivering services within budget. Outstanding banquet managers ensure that customers receive a level of service that exceeds expectations.

Responsibilities
  • Designing and implementing event plans.
  • Supervising employees and preparing staff schedules.
  • Monitoring the production of food & beverage to meet quality standards.
  • Ensuring necessary equipment & materials are available.
  • Making sure event setup is completed efficiently and on time.
  • Inspecting event setup to ensure it meets quality standards.
  • Maintaining records & organizing paperwork.
  • Other duties as assigned.
