• Ability to provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Willingness to travel between campuses.

• Plan and direct short- and long-range auxiliary services objectives and resources.
• Promote conference and meeting space to internal and external customers.
• Oversee bookstore, catering, vending, and rental operations.
• Coordinate with Facilities, IT, Marketing and Communications on events.
• Prepare monthly operational reports, budgets, and trends.
• Hire, develop, and evaluate departmental staff.
• Ensure health, safety, and regulatory compliance.
