Vi in La Jolla Village seeks a Director of Assisted Living / Personal Care to oversee all care and services in the community, including memory support, with accountability for clinical, financial, HR and quality performance. You will supervise nursing staff, collaborate across departments, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive resident well-being for a geriatric population in a Vi community.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and a commitment to a luxurious, resident-centered

Qualificações

• Minimum 7 years experience working with geriatric populations.
• Minimum 3 years supervisory experience preferred.
• LPN license with current state licensure; RN license preferred.
• CPR/AED and First Aid certifications required.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all aspects of care and services in assisted living and memory support.
• Supervise nursing staff and serve as a resource for clinical operations.
• Manage clinical, financial, HR and quality assessment activities.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain cross-department collaboration.
