Job summary

Vivmark Residential, Atlanta, is seeking a Director of Asset Management to lead strategy and performance for a portfolio of multifamily communities. This role focuses on maximizing asset value through oversight of operations, capital investment, revenue optimization, and long-term planning.

Reporting to senior leadership, you will partner with Operations, Investments, Development, Construction, and Finance to drive investment decisions and portfolio returns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in asset management or related real estate roles.
• Strong multifamily real estate experience with institutional investors preferred.
• MBA or related master's preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee asset management for a portfolio of multifamily communities.
• Develop strategies to grow NOI via revenue and ops improvements.
• Analyze market conditions to identify opportunities for value creation.
• Present financial analyses to leadership andInvestment committees.
