You will coordinate accreditation submissions, oversight of the Faculty Credentials Portal, and data-driven reporting to support strategic decision making.

The role requires partnership with Deans and senior leaders to ensure compliance with SACSCOC and other accrediting bodies, and to guide program

Qualifikationen

• Experience in higher education or regulatory reporting is preferred.
• Familiarity with accrediting bodies and standards is preferred.
• Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills for qualitative and quantitative data.
• Experience with program reviews and accreditation self-studies.
• Ability to work with Deans and senior leadership.

Aufgaben

• Provide leadership in institutional assessment, planning, and quality improvement.
• Assist with specialized programmatic accreditation and self-studies.
• Draft compliance narratives and collect evidence for accreditors.
• Compile strategic plan assessment reports for approval.
• Coordinate visits by accreditors and program evaluators.
• Oversee the Faculty Credentials Portal and rosters.
• Manage the web-based assessment system (Xitracs).
• Develop reports, spreadsheets, and visualizations for decision-making.
• Support internal program reviews and policy changes.
• Serve on university committees and perform other duties.
