Qualifications

  • Affirm the Preamble and core convictions of the University.
  • Active Christian faith with church membership and involvement.
  • Experience in higher education or compliance reporting preferred.
  • Familiarity with accrediting bodies and standards preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Skills in qualitative and quantitative research and analysis.
  • Capable of project management and process improvement.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 applications and collaboration tools.
  • Maintain confidentiality and work with deans, executive council, and leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership for institutional assessment, planning, and quality improvement.
  • Assist with program accreditation and support self-studies and visits.
  • Draft accreditation narratives and manage evidence for compliance.
  • Compile strategic plan assessments for approval by leadership.
  • Coordinate professional development on assessment and accreditation.
  • Ensure assessment activities support all academic and administrative units.
  • Coordinate visits by accreditors and program evaluators as needed.
  • Oversee faculty credential reporting and rosters in required systems.
  • Stay informed on accreditor standards and advise administration accordingly.
  • Produce reports and visualizations from internal and external data sources.
  • Direct internal program reviews in collaboration with the Provost's Office.
  • Support Academic Affairs Committee communications and policy changes.
  • Maintain the Academic Handbook and support approved changes.
  • Develop and execute short- and long-term projects for Provost leadership.
  • Serve on University committees as appointed; perform other duties.
