Qualifications

• Earned master's degree from a regionally accredited institution.
• 3–5 years of experience in assessment, institutional effectiveness, accreditation, or related area.
• Knowledge of assessment design, outcomes, measures, rubrics, benchmarks, and reporting.
• Ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data and prepare clear reports and dashboards.
• Strong project management, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Excellent written, oral, interpersonal, and facilitation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, shared file systems, survey tools, and assessment platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate assessment planning, reporting, and continuous improvement for academic programs, general education, co-curricular experiences, and administrative units.
• Implement annual assessment priorities, calendars, procedures, templates, and reporting cycles.
• Consult with faculty, staff, chairs, deans, and leaders to identify outcomes, measures, rubrics, and evidence sources; provide training as needed.
• Collect, organize, analyze, and report data through reports, dashboards, and recommendations.
• Maintain official assessment records and supporting materials for accreditation and program reviews.
• Prepare annual assessment report and updates detailing findings and recommendations.
• Manage assessment platforms and reporting tools (Watermark, surveys, Excel, dashboards).
• Track deadlines and escalate concerns to meet timelines and quality standards.
• Communicate findings and next steps to faculty, staff, administrators, and governance bodies.
