Zusammenfassung

mSupply is seeking a Director, Category Merchandise – Appliance to lead the appliance category strategy across digital and branch channels. You will own assortment, pricing, vendor strategy, and category performance reporting to drive revenue and margin growth.

Reporting to the VP of Merchandising, you will unite business units around a unified category vision, collaborate with Finance, Marketing, IT, Supply Chain, and field teams, and travel 25%+ to vendor meetings and events.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in category management, merchandising, product management, or related leadership.
• Experience owning a category P&L, revenue target, or significant commercial responsibility.
• Strong understanding of assortment planning, pricing strategy, merchandising, vendor management, and lifecycle management.
• Experience working across digital and physical/branch sales channels.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into strategy.

Aufgaben

• Own the Appliance category strategy, including assortment, SKU selection, model coverage, product lifecycle, pricing, and merchandising.
• Drive category revenue, margin, AOV, and overall performance through data-driven decisions.
• Build and maintain vendor relationships, including assortment strategy and new product introductions.
• Partner with Finance and BU leadership on pricing, margin optimization, and category planning.
• Lead the product experience across digital and physical channels with consistent content and navigation.
• Collaborate with Data and PIM teams to improve product data quality and readiness.
• Work with Marketing, IT, Supply Chain, Sales, and BU leadership to implement promotions and launches.
• Travel 25%+ for vendor meetings, trade shows, and events.
