Job summary

Storm Creek is seeking a Head of Product to own the product engine from concept through delivery and beyond. You will lead the product strategy, design direction, and merchandising, while maintaining supplier partnerships and sustainability standards.

In this senior leadership role, you will own the full product lifecycle, drive revenue, margin, and market share targets, and communicate a clear product roadmap across the organization.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience in apparel product management, merchandising, and global sourcing.
• Direct negotiations with factories and sustained vendor relationship management.
• Experience leading senior-level product strategy in a fast-paced multi-channel apparel business.
• Working apparel designer experience required.

Responsibilities

• Own product lifecycle from concept to go-to-market across Storm Creek channels.
• Lead seasonal concept development and design direction with the Design team.
• Oversee merchandising, SKU architecture, pricing, and seasonal flow.
• Manage factory relationships, cost modeling, and logistics to protect margins.
