Pfizer Inc. is seeking a Director of Analytics Strategy and Innovation in New York to lead high-visibility strategic analytics and AI initiatives across Global Commercial Analytics and the Chief Marketing Office.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher with progressive leadership experience.
• Experience leading complex analytics or AI transformation initiatives.
• Ability to translate between business, analytics and technology teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead one to two complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives end to end, from business case through deployment and adoption.
• Develop and own the business case, quantify opportunity, frame options and recommend approaches.
• Build integrated program plans with milestones, deliverables and decision points.
• Partner with product owners on scope and release planning to meet commitments.
• Act as the business translator between commercial leaders, analytics and technology teams.
• Identify and resolve risks, dependencies and delivery challenges; escalate when needed.
• Lead executive communications, roadmaps and progress reviews with sponsors.
• Drive OKRs development and tracking, aligned to GCA and CMO priorities.
• Create change management and adoption plans for pilots and deployment.
• Monitor workload, delivery, and performance metrics across the ASI portfolio.
