Pfizer Inc. is seeking an experienced Medical AI Innovation Director to join the Oncology AI Innovation team in San Francisco.

You will lead end-to-end AI initiatives, drive cross-functional collaboration across Medical Affairs and Platforms, and shape strategy to transform clinical practice and patient outcomes. Primary responsibilities include concept to deployment of AI solutions, building business cases, ensuring data security and regulatory compliance, and representing Pfizer externally
