Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking an Analytics Solutions Director to lead a team of analytics professionals and manage a portfolio of automated reporting and data solutions in the Commercial & Specialized Industries space.

You will partner with stakeholders to translate needs into actionable analytics, deliver automated reporting, and reinforce data quality and workflow standards to support strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading analytics initiatives and managing a portfolio.
• Bachelor's degree in analytics, business or software engineering.
• Experience mentoring analytics teams and guiding best practices.
• Proficiency with SQL and Python for data analysis and automation.
• Hands-on experience with Alteryx, Sigma, or Qlik.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of analytics professionals, fostering collaboration and high performance.
• Oversee a large, complex reporting and analytics portfolio with strong PM practices.
• Define and develop automated data solutions to streamline reporting and insights.
• Translate business needs into analytical designs aligned to goals.
• Present insights to leaders, communicating implications with visualization best practices.
• Champion data quality, validation, and documentation standards.
• Guide the team in building, troubleshooting, and optimizing workflows.
• Stay current with analytics best practices and technologies to improve capabilities.
