Job summary

JPMorganChase in Plano, TX is seeking an Analytics Solutions Director to lead a team of analytics professionals, mentor talent, and deliver automated reporting and scalable data solutions that generate measurable business impact.

You will partner with stakeholders to translate needs into actionable analytics, drive process improvements, and ensure data quality and documentation to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of demonstrated experience leading analytics initiatives and managing a portfolio of reporting and process improvement work.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field like analytics, business or software engineering.
• Experience leading, onboarding, training, and supporting team members in analytics best practices.
• Proficiency with SQL and Python for data analysis, transformation, and automation.
• Hands-on experience with analytics and reporting tools such as Alteryx, Sigma, or Qlik (or comparable platforms).
• Experience with Large Language Models and related advanced analytics techniques applied to business problems.
• Knowledge of data governance concepts, data validation methods, and documentation practices.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including translating business needs into actionable analytics and communicating results clearly.
• Experience implementing automated reporting and repeatable workflows with documented controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of analytics professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
• Oversee a high-volume, high-complexity reporting and analytics portfolio, applying strong project management practices to drive timely and accurate delivery.
• Define, design, and develop automated data solutions to streamline reporting and generate actionable insights.
• Translate business needs into intermediate or complex analytical designs aligned to organizational goals.
• Present recommendations and insights to leaders and partners, clearly communicating implications and using data visualization best practices.
• Champion data quality, validation, and documentation standards across recurring reports and processes.
• Guide the team in building, troubleshooting, and optimizing workflows and automated reporting solutions.
• Stay current with analytics best practices, tools, and technologies to continuously improve team capabilities.
