Job summary

JPMorganChase in Plano, TX is seeking an Analytics Solutions Director to lead a team of analytics professionals, mentor talent, and deliver automated reporting and scalable data solutions that generate measurable business impact.

You will partner with stakeholders to translate needs into actionable analytics, drive process improvements, and ensure data quality and documentation to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of demonstrated experience leading analytics initiatives and managing a portfolio of reporting and process improvement work.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field like analytics, business or software engineering.
  • Experience leading, onboarding, training, and supporting team members in analytics best practices.
  • Proficiency with SQL and Python for data analysis, transformation, and automation.
  • Hands-on experience with analytics and reporting tools such as Alteryx, Sigma, or Qlik (or comparable platforms).
  • Experience with Large Language Models and related advanced analytics techniques applied to business problems.
  • Knowledge of data governance concepts, data validation methods, and documentation practices.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including translating business needs into actionable analytics and communicating results clearly.
  • Experience implementing automated reporting and repeatable workflows with documented controls.

As an Analytics Solutions Director at JPMorganChase within the Commercial and Specialized Industries team, you will lead a team of analytics professionals and a portfolio of reporting and process improvement initiatives that strengthen business performance. You will partner closely with stakeholders to translate needs into actionable analytics, deliver automated reporting and visualization, and reinforce best practices in data quality, documentation, and workflow automation to support strategic decision-making.

Job Responsibilities
