Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an Analytics Solutions Director to lead a team of analytics professionals and manage a portfolio of reporting and process-improvement initiatives. You will partner with stakeholders to translate needs into actionable analytics and deliver automated reporting and visualization.

You will mentor talent, modernize reporting, and build scalable data solutions that enable better decision-making and measurable business impact across Commercial and Specialized Industries.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading analytics initiatives and managing a portfolio of reporting and process improvement work.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as analytics, business or software engineering.
• Experience leading, onboarding, training, and supporting team members in analytics best practices.
• Proficiency with SQL and Python for data analysis, transformation, and automation.
• Hands-on experience with analytics and reporting tools such as Alteryx, Sigma, or Qlik.
• Experience with Large Language Models and related advanced analytics techniques applied to business problems.
• Knowledge of data governance concepts, data validation methods, and documentation practices.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including translating business needs into actionable analytics and communicating results clearly.
• Experience implementing automated reporting and repeatable workflows with documented controls.

• Proficiency with SQL and Python for data analysis, transformation, and automation
• Hands‑on experience with analytics and reporting tools such as Alteryx, Sigma, or Qlik (or comparable platforms)
• Experience with Large Language Models and related advanced analytics techniques applied to business problems
• Knowledge of data governance concepts, data validation methods, and documentation practices
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including translating business needs into actionable analytics and communicating results clearly
• Experience implementing automated reporting and repeatable workflows with documented controls

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

• Experience in Commercial Banking or a closely related industry
• Experience with robotic process automation or workflow orchestration tools used to improve operational efficiency
• Experience designing scalable dashboards and self-service reporting for business users
• Experience establishing team standards for analytics delivery, quality assurance, and documentation
