BlueLabs, Inc. is seeking a data analytics professional to join our Insights team, collaborating with analysts and data scientists across commercial, political, and non-profit sectors to inform data-driven decisions and strategy.

The role involves hard analysis, building data infrastructure and client-facing materials, and supporting reports and calculators that power our solutions. You’ll help present findings to diverse audiences and mentor junior staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with a statistical background.
• 2+ years analyzing data and building reports.
• Strong data-driven problem solving and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Analyze polling data to discover trends and insights and create a report.
• Build crosstabs detailing audience makeup or survey respondent groups.
• Present findings to clients and stakeholders, technical and non-technical.
• Mentor analysts or fellows and support their growth.
• Perform other reasonable tasks as assigned by management.
