Job summary

Focal Systems is seeking a Director of Analytics to own the full data-to-decision path, including the data warehouse, the transformation layer, and the BI tooling analysts and the business actually touch. This hands-on leadership role will manage the team, review models, and make tooling calls, not just delegate them.

You will lead a small team of analysts and analytics engineers, owning the analytics stack and setting technical direction for executives.

Qualifications

• Rigorous thinker who treats data as evidence.
• Strong SQL and modern data stack skills (warehouse, transformation, BI).
• Experience leading analytics teams and mentoring analysts/engineers.
• Ability to own ambiguous problems and ship dashboards.
