Job summary

Focal Systems in the United States seeks an analytics leader to own analytics from warehouse to BI tooling and mentor a small team. You will build scalable data pipelines, set governance, and partner across product, marketing, and operations to drive impact.

You will architect Snowflake/dbt and BI layer, evaluate BI tools, mentor analysts, and translate business needs into measurable analytics solutions that accelerate decision-making at scale.
