Job summary

College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, MA seeks an Associate Director of Reunion Giving to lead fundraising for milestone and non-Reunion classes. You will develop gift pyramids, set revenue goals, manage volunteers, and report on performance.

The role requires 3–5 years in advancement, strong leadership and communication, willingness to travel, and occasional evenings/weekends. Salary ranges from $70,000 to $75,000 with a comprehensive benefits program.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required with alignment to Holy Cross mission.
3–5 years of advancement or transferable fundraising experience.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel and work some evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

In partnership with class engagement and frontline fundraising teams, develop gift pyramids and revenue projections.
Collaborate with alumni volunteers to engage, solicit, and steward donors for Reunion goals.
Manage fundraising for two milestone Reunion classes including volunteer recruitment and planning.
Oversee engagement of 12–15 non-Reunion classes with participation and giving strategies.
Monitor and report Reunion giving data and trends to inform strategies.
Create regular dashboards and reports for leadership and volunteers.
