Collaborate with the Class Giving team throughout the year to achieve program goals including volunteer recruitment and onboarding, training to ensure volunteers are equipped to invite their classmates to participate in reunion programming and contribute philanthropically, and coordination of efforts with prospect managers. Provide year-round support to class committee volunteers and serve as the point of contact for all reunion classes to establish meaningful programming that aligns with the interests of each class while maintaining a strong focus of bringing alumni back to campus. Oversee the reunion budget and implement strategies to generate revenue to offset expenses. Work with the College Events staff and the Marketing and Communications team on all logistics and communications for programming throughout the year and at the culminating Reunion Weekend. Ensure Advancement Services is included throughout to ensure a process for data both before, during, and post-weekend. (40%)
  2. Serve as Advancement lead for Homecoming, one of the college’s signature programs with the priority focus of bringing alumni back to campus and engaging them with current College priorities. Co-lead the program with a member of the College Events staff and work in tandem throughout the year-long planning to ensure both Advancement and Institutional goals are established and met each year. Manage the Homecoming budget and designate funding for various departmental programming. Collaboration includes but is not limited to Late Night Madness, engagement and stewardship for donor recognition, admission, student activities, and residential life. Oversee the core committee and campus partners groups, and partner with Marketing & Communications to develop a comprehensive communication and marketing plan that is customized to engage different audiences (students, faculty/staff, parents/families, alumni, and friends). Enlist the support of Advancement Services to ensure a data process is in place to capture a multi-faceted weekend. Collaborate with Athletic partners to capitalize on athletic opportunities and other activities to showcase programs and enhance participant experience. Identify ways to engage the entire PC community and oversee the execution of the weekend. (25%)
  3. Provide essential leadership and guidance to direct report(s) to maximize productivity, set performance standards, individual metrics, and routine evaluation of goals. Provide on-going training of staff to ensure strength of skills and a clear understanding of advancement. Meet regularly to ensure prioritization of workload, strong communication and relationship development, and achievement of program goals. (20%)
  4. Further the development of a pipeline of alumni volunteers including expansion and management of the class ambassador program, support of volunteer pathways tied to Reunion, Homecoming, and engagement efforts and work closely with the National Alumni Council, serving as a staff liaison and supporting a designated committee to advance alumni engagement priorities.
