Job summary

College of the Holy Cross, located in Worcester, MA, seeks an Associate Director of Reunion Giving to lead strategic fundraising and engagement for Reunion and non-Reunion classes. You will work with class officers, volunteers, and Advancement colleagues to drive giving, track performance, and forecast outcomes.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s Degree and 3–5 years in advancement, with the ability to travel and work evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Develop gift pyramids and revenue projections for Reunion classes.
• Collaborate with alumni volunteers and staff to plan engagement, solicitation, and stewardship.
• Manage two milestone Reunion classes' fundraising and volunteer teams.
• Oversee 12-15 non-Reunion classes' engagement and giving strategies.
• Monitor and report on giving data and trends.
• Produce regular Reunion fundraising reports and dashboards.
• Communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Partner with Advancement Services to ensure data accuracy in reporting.
