Job summary

Key Lime Air, Inc. in Denver seeks an experienced aviation maintenance leader to serve as Director of Maintenance Operations.

You will direct day-to-day maintenance, lead supervisors and technicians, and coordinate across Maintenance Control, Planning, Inspection, Avionics, and Flight Operations to ensure safe, compliant aircraft availability. This on-site, safety-sensitive role reports to the Vice President of Maintenance and requires proactive leadership, budgeting, and resource planning for

Qualifications

• Must meet 14 CFR 119.67(c) qualification standards.
• Experience managing maintenance in certificated air-carrier or regulated aviation environment.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with FAA regulations, maintenance programs, and return-to-service requirements.

Responsibilities

• Direct scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, PM, repairs and alterations per manuals and plans.
• Lead maintenance personnel; set daily priorities and coach staff.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Control, Planning, Inspection, and other units to maintain aircraft availability.
• Evaluate staffing, facilities, tooling, and resources; report risks to VP Maintenance.
• Promote safety culture and compliance through the Safety Management System.
