Job summary

Daher LLC in Pompano Beach, FL seeks a Service Center Director to lead our FAA Part 145 maintenance and aviation support operations. You will drive safety, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction while building a high‑performing team and delivering sustainable financial performance.

You will manage maintenance and avionics operations, optimize planning and resource allocation, and ensure adherence to FAA regulations.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in aircraft maintenance operations.
• FAA Part 145 repair station experience required.
• Minimum 5 years in a leadership or management role.
• 5+ years of progressive leadership directing maintenance divisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead all maintenance and avionics operations (FAA Part 145) to ensure safety, quality and efficiency.
• Drive revenue, profitability, and cost optimization for the Service Center.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and monitor KPIs; oversee facilities and tooling.
