We are a growing regional airline based at Denver International Airport with over 27 years of history in the aviation industry as a Part 121 and Part 135 air carrier. Our operations include cargo, private/VIP large cabin charters, and scheduled passenger service under our Denver Air Connection brand.
We operate a fleet of more than 30 aircraft, including Fairchild Metros, Dornier 328 Jets, Embraer E-145LRs, and an Embraer Brasilia. Our growth plans include the continued addition of E-145LRs to our fleet.
Location: Key Lime Air Maintenance Hanger Englewood, CO
Starting Salary: $33.00-$45.00 per hour with A&P License
Schedule:
7 am-7 pm Sunday-Wednesday or Wednesday-Saturday with every other Wednesday off (4, 3, 3, 4)

Key Responsibilities
- Must have excellent written and oral communication skills, and be able to communicate with maintenance, stores, operations, flight crews, and dispatchers effectively
- Must be highly organized, experienced in Microsoft Suite tools, and be able to learn/use company programs
- Maintain a shift turnover log of all communications with flight crews, maintenance, and operations
- Coordinate maintenance actions across all Denver Air Connections routes in the continental U.S. including permanently staffed locations and with outsourced maintenance providers
- Provide technical guidance to maintenance and flight crews for troubleshooting
- Plan work scopes for MEL/CDL/NEF/MCI actions in accordance with FAA and company policy
- Coordinate with Stores Department and out-station personnel to ship/track parts requirements for out of service aircraft, maintain stock levels, and manage required items for scheduled maintenance
- Handle multiple tasks at a time and prioritize projects in a fast-paced environment
- Read documents, follow instructions, learn and understand procedures, rules and regulations including FAA and company policies
- Reading/navigating electronic maintenance manuals, interpreting FAA guidance, and airworthiness directives
Basic Qualifications
- 5 years aviation technician experience preferably in a Part 121 operation performing line maintenance, letter checks, MEL Clearings, and system/component troubleshooting
- Experienced preferred on Embraer 145’s, Dornier 328’s, and Metroliner 226/227. Experience on similar airframes such as Beechcraft, King Air, Pilatus PC-12, or Embraer 175’s is also valued
- Preferred 2 years aviation experience holding a role outside of a technician such as Stores Department, Quality Assurance, Training, DOM, or other areas within a Maintenance Department
- High school Diploma, GED or equivalent education required
- Must successfully complete a comprehensive background check
- Successfully pass a DOT Drug and Alcohol screening and be subject to random testing.
