Job summary

Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center seeks an experienced administrator to lead and coordinate a large AI governance program within the CAITO office. The role requires independent judgment and the ability to translate policy into actionable workplans, milestones, and owner accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in the area of specialization or closely related field.
• Four years of related administrative and technical experience.
• Experience in an academic health science center preferred.
• Experience implementing or governing AI or data-driven technology preferred.
• PMP, CHC, CIPP, or comparable certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operation of the AI program with CAITO, translating priorities into workplans and accountable owners.
• Manage Steering Committee cadence, calendars, agendas, decision logs and action tracking.
• Maintain inventory of AI tools, pilots and projects, tracking adoption and value realization metrics.
• Analyze program data to generate actionable insights and report progress, impact and risks to the CAITO.
